Azzura Greens Resort, Gold Coast

I've stayed at this resort multiple times and have always loved its location and amenities, but this visit left me feeling disappointed. The standards seem to have dropped, with cleanliness issues and outdated decor in the rooms. The pool area and amenities are still great, but the overall experience didn't feel like a true five-star stay.

The hotel is located near theme parks, making it convenient for fun outings, but I found the reception staff to be less than welcoming. The rooms had patchy paint and some maintenance issues, which detracted from the experience. While the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, I was disappointed by the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities, considering it's marketed as a resort spa.

This hotel offers great facilities and is perfect for family groups, but there are some notable maintenance issues in the rooms that can detract from the experience. The spacious pool area definitely stands out, providing a nice tropical vibe. Overall, I appreciated the value for money, especially for larger groups, but some renovations are needed to enhance the overall comfort.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the spacious apartments made it great for our golf trips, complete with a lovely pool and BBQ area that we enjoyed.
